I have been buying Red Wings my whole life. I absolutely love them. They have a great new machine for measuring your foot pressure and shoe size. They also offer new orthopedic shoe inserts!

The employees there were really nice and eager to help. In my case they didn’t have my desired size and they immediately called their other store in Kenosha where they held a pair for me. I ended up buying a half size down from my regular shoe size. The employee at the other location was very helpful as well. Can’t wait to break in my new boots!

First timer to this store. It is really close to my workplace so it was convenient to pay a visit and see what's all about. A gray haired gentleman greeted me when I entered and helped me with everything I needed. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes I've already chosen online but as it turned out those were not produced anymore. (Why is it still listed then on the company's website?) He was more than helpful to me, he also helped me to set up an account for later purchases and in less than 10 minutes I was already leaving with a new pair of work shoes.

I called the store several times and got no answer. Alex called back and left a voicemail explaining the store was very busy and he was returning my call, which I appreciated very much seeing that it's hard to find good customer service these days anymore. I placed an order for a shoe they didn't carry. He checked the other locations as well for me and they did not either.
